Online Course

If the classroom is not your best learning environment, or you have family commitments keeping you close to home, no problem! You can choose to take most of our courses online! Take up to a year to complete them at your own time, on your schedule! You will still have access to one of our experienced instructors, standing by to answer any questions you encounter on the way.

Florida Real Estate Licensing

Florida Real Estate License - In order to list property and transact real estate business on behalf of someone else, you must first obtain a Florida Real Estate license. If you have not previously been a real estate agent in Florida, or a reciprocating state, you will have to start out as a Real Estate Sales Associate (also called an Affiliate-Broker in some states) and work for a licensed broker for at least two years before moving ahead to get your real estate broker's license.
